Gerard Krueger, DDS
Dr. Krueger earned his DDS degree from Marquette School of Dentistry in 1983. Upon graduation he was awarded membership into OKU National Dental Honor Society and received the CV Mosby Scholarship Book Award and the Psi Omega Scholastic Achievement Award. In 1985, Dr. Krueger earned his formal Advanced Training Certificate in Removable Prosthodontics and a Masters Degree from the University of Iowa. In 1988, he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics upon earning his Board Certification.
Dr. Krueger is Past President of the Oral Health Research Association, Past President of the Florida Prosthodontic Association, and Past President of the Florida Section of the American College of Prosthodontists.
Dr. Krueger has been an Assistant Clinical professor at the University of Florida Dental College in the Department of Prosthondontics. He is the current Prosthodontic Consultant and Clinical Instructor at the University of Florida St. Petersburg Clinic where he teaches AEGD Residents.
He is also the Prosthodonic Consultant for the Pinellas/Pasco County Cleft Palate Team and the Prosthodontic Consultant for the Pinellas/Pasco County Craniofacial Team.

Sue Applefield, RDH, BS
Sue comes from a family background in Dentistry. Grandfather, Dr. Meyer Eggnatz, was an Orthodontist, Father, Dr. Lee Eggnatz is a retired Pedodontitst and brother, Dr. Mike Eggnatz is a General dentist, practicing in Hollywood, Florida where Sue grew up.
Sue graduated from Nova High School in 1975 and attended Loyola University, New Orleans, LA, where she graduated from the Dental Hygiene School in 1978 and received a BS in Dental Hygiene in 1979.
Sue married Mark Applefield in 1979 and has four children, Brian-28 years old, Jason-25, Jeffrey-22 and a daughter, Jamie-16years old.
Sue worked full time for a general dentist in Tampa from 1979-1985 and then moved to Palm Harbor where she worked part time for a GP from 1985-1990. In June of 1990, Sue moved to St. Petersburg and started employment with Dr. Krueger. She currently resides in Seminole and has been with Dr. Krueger for nineteen years.

Annette Headley, Treatment Coordinator
Having been raised by military parents, Annette’s earlier years were spent traveling and living briefly in places around the world. She attended elementary school in Germany and graduated high school in Japan. Once settled in St. Petersburg, Florida, Annette pursued a career in the dental field as Dental Assistant. She completed her EDA and X-ray certifications at the University of Florida-Gainesville. Annette has been Dr. Krueger’s chair side assistant and treatment coordinator for the past 10 years.
